Partnering with the Academy for Surgical Coaching (ASC) we encourage members to explore this innovative initiative.
The inaugural cohort of AGES Surgical Coaches is now fully certified through the Academy’s evidence-based Surgical Coach Training Program. These coaches bring structured, data-informed coaching methods to their colleagues, supporting improvements in technical skill, clinical decision making, operative performance, and surgeon well-being. This pioneering effort reflects AGES’ leadership in advancing modern, high-performance learning for surgeons at every stage of practice.

Option 1:
Introductory Session
Want to experience surgical coaching before committing to the full program? Begin with a single session for just $250 USD. A great way to discover first hand what personalised coaching can do for your practice.

Option 2:
6-Session Coaching Program
Commit to lasting growth with a series of 6 coaching sessions at the exclusive AGES member rate of $2,400 AUD/NZD*.
This means only $400 AUD/NZD per session, which is greatly reduced from the non-member fee of $400 USD.
*Plus a $60 AUD international administration fee.
AGES Hologic Education Grants
AGES is thrilled to announce that Hologic is supporting our members to take advantage of this fantastic opportunity with the creation of the AGES Hologic Educational Grants.
Thanks to Hologic, AGES members can apply for an education grant which will provide successful applicants a 50% subsidy towards the cost of participating in the coaching program.
By reducing the financial barrier to participation, Hologic’s support allows more AGES members to benefit from this valuable professional development opportunity.
