Referees

Referees must be:

Referee 1 must be a senior colleague (gynaecologist) with whom you have worked in the last two years. If you are currently in a training program, this senior colleague must be a current training supervisor. This reference must be supplied with your application form.

Referees 2 and 3 must be two other colleagues of your choice with whom you have worked or have had professional contact in the last two years.

Written references must be available for all referees on request.

I acknowledge that whilst the Australasian Gynaecological Endoscopy and Surgery Society Limited (AGES) is facilitating the holding of interviews for fellowship positions in the AGES Accredited Training Program to be offered by accredited training units (Units), the decisions made for the offering of positions will rest solely with the individual Unit offering the position. AGES is not responsible for any decisions made regarding the offering or otherwise of a position.

I further acknowledge that whilst AGES has made recommendations for the selection criteria for positions, individual Units may have different criteria for the position(s) offered. All applicants should therefore make their own enquiries with individual Units when seeking a position with any particular Unit as to any selection criteria applying for that particular position.
