Dr Kathurusinghe is an AGES fellow. She completed an international fellowship in Endometriosis, and Advanced Minimal Access Surgery at Oxford University Hospital, UK’s largest endometriosis referral Centre. Shami has focused on extra pelvic endometriosis, by working with Prof Horace Roman in Bordeaux. She is currently completing a Master’s in Clinical Trials through the University of London.
