Please visit the members tab of the AGES website or click here to join or renew now** \n\n\n\nSaturday 29th August 2019MERF\, Brisbane – 0730 – 1700  \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nThe AGES Laparoscopic Pelvic Anatomy Demonstration Workshop is suitable for all levels of RANZCOG trainees and specialists. \n\n\n\nIt is designed as a single day\, intensive\, pelvic anatomy primer\, for those wishing to expand their knowledge of what lies beneath pelvic and abdominal peritoneum. \n\n\n\nAGES wishes to address the difficulty in accessing quality anatomy teaching by providing a number of courses that focus on a laparoscopic approach to pelvic anatomy. \n\n\n\nThe demonstration course will allow forty registrants to participate in lectures\, watch live surgery and interact with highly skilled laparoscopic surgeons as they delve into the anatomical aspects of the female pelvis. \n\n\n\nThe dissection is performed on donated fresh frozen cadavers at the Medical Engineering and Research Facility (MERF)\,  Queensland University of Technology (QUT) facility in Brisbane. \n\n\n\nThese highly interactive presentations\, followed by the relevant focussed dissections will be performed on six compartments of the pelvis and abdomen.
